We are all about intentional living at TMM. How do you balance self care, doing things that bring you joy, and the various demands of your life? what unique skills do you bring to the community? There are many opportunities to grow with tmm, outside of organizing + design. Do you have interest in blogging, admin, styling, project management or content creation ? describe your familiarity level with the konmari philosophy. Our onboarding process includes 2 shadow shifts (6 hours) then starting at $25/hour. You are required to have your own vehicle, although we carpool when convenient. Sessions are 3 or 6 hours in length. There are no set hours, and this work is very seasonal. Any questions or concerns here? Projects you are interested in: 1:1 work with clients hands off organizing design + styling all of the things! How flexible is your schedule? What is your current availability? Tasks include: sorting client items, folding, categorizing, unboxing product, transporting product, shopping, trash/recycling takeout, loading/unloading + drop-off of donations, photo/video content on job etc. Are you comfortable with all of this? Confidentiality is key in client homes. Our clients privacy is critical. This work can be deeply tranformative but also can bring up trauma and triggering memories for our clients.
