35 home styling picks

Are you feeling like your home is in need of a refresh, or a change of style but you don’t want to make big changes? Did you already make big changes, and now you’re looking for finishing touches? Are you looking for a few things that make your space feel more like you?

Picking intentional pieces for our spaces that are the vibe we’re looking for can often times feel like a daunting task. Whether it be that we aren’t quite sure what we are looking for, or there’s just too many things to choose from!

We broke it down into a few categories and rounded up some things we’ve been loving lately to give you some ideas.

Kitchen

Mugs, trash cans, ceramics and more. The kitchen can be a great place to show off some new pieces without it being too much all at once. We spend so much of our time in our kitchen, so why not have some things that bring you joy? Muted tones, or pops of color, these pieces are all countertop display or special event worthy.

Art and lights

So much of our home design is art. The furniture, the lighting, the decorative pieces, and the art we choose to display. We gathered up some fun and funky light fixtures that serve an eye drawing artistic purpose, as well as some art pieces that have caught our eye recently for inspo.

Decorative

Candle sticks, vases, and even book ends can be pieces that can fly under the radar when it comes to home styling, they aren’t always the first thing we think of when looking to add new elements, but when thoughtfully chosen and displayed they can really transform a space and create subtle bits of intuition and flair.

textiles

Alright, so it’s no secret that we love Lulu and Georgia here at tmm. So much from their product lines mesh with our style, and are all around just thoughtfully designed and crafted pieces of high quality. Which is where we turned when we were looking for new inspo for the textiles in our spaces.

Throw blankets and pillows have a way of making a space feel warm, inviting, and lived in. That doesn’t need to be their only role though! If you’re looking to keep your space more minimal and don’t want too many things competing for visual attention, having a blanket or your pillows be the splash of print or color can work wonders.
